 Hi, I'm Steve Rosen, founder of CCG Advisory.

I've spent more than 20 years helping companies identify, attract and hire the talent needed to move their businesses forward.

I created CCG Advisory to bring that same level of talent strategy and recruiting expertise to emerging, growth stage and VC backed companies that may not need a full internal Talent Acquisition function but still need experienced guidance when important team and hiring decisions arise.

From determining what talent the business needs through recruiting execution, my goal is simple: help leaders build the right team for what's next.

My process integrates Talent Management, Recruiting Execution, and AI-powered Sourcing to align people, culture, and growth. Unlike traditional recruiters, I go beyond filling roles, I build systems and talent foundations that help organizations grow with confidence.
